Responsible for the sourcing, editing, and analysis of repetitive DNA sequences, including transposable elements (TEs) with the goal of assembling, characterizing, and comparing the structure of repetitive DNA sequences in morabine grasshopper species. Responsible for all aspects from array capture of raw sequence data to phylogenetic tree assembly.
