Manage sort and retail operations to fulfill daily goals including producing 1500 items of clothing, 25 carts, or around 25000 pieces of household goods, and other production quotas. Merchandising over 100 display racks of clothing and products in a retail environment following standardized policies and guidelines including segmentation, colorizing, rotation, type, and size. Assists associates in Job search skills and personal lifestyle skills so they can get and keep employment for a successful future. Some daily activities include cash count, crisis intervention, networking, organizing and managing the work with the people available. This takes into account individuals' capabilities, education, mental or physical disabilities, housing and food difficulties and social issues. Sort operations, unloaded and scanned packages coming off cargo planes, trucks, semis, and totes and placed on 1 of 3 conveyor belts, down specific slides, and into specific containers. Worked in a team of 30 sorters to sort, label, and reload up to 30,000 pieces a day with less than 1% error rate. Operated heavy equipment withing inches of multi million dollar cargo planes. Pretrip, fueling, documenting, operating and postrip reporting the use of the equipment. This included TUG tractors and dollies for ULD, AKE, and other cargo containers, loaders for topside, forward and aft lowers and tail cargo. Topside/lowers captain managing the operations of unloading and loading cargo aircraft from MD11's, 727s, and 208B Super Cargo master. Information agent tracking all packages, containers, vehicles including totes, semi's, trucks, aircraft and other containers on site. Documented damages to packages, tracked packages for customers, ran reports and documentations after the sort operations. Trained and worked with hazardous materials, security protocols, scanners, computers, management all in a time sensitive, loud, and dangerous environment.
