- Driven to create an alternative, cheaper, efficient, drug testing method through piezo-electric micro-cantilevers. -Mentored an undergraduate student towards understanding the project and cell culturing.-Optimized, using COMSOL, the best specifications for the micro-cantilever device and the physical interaction between the device and stomach

-Integrated ImageJ to research and identify micro-calcifications in mammography photographs.-Edited research papers created by the Radiological Science lab before they are reviewed.

• Designed a manually inserted helical catheter device for an insulin injection intended for use in clinical trails• Created a second-generation prototype of an automated catheter insertion device with 50% higher penetration- Characterized spring strength using a rotational to linear fixture for Instron measurement- Completed Catheter Kink Test validation in agreement with ISO 13868

• Analyzed fluid flow via Solidworks for a proof of concept to a design change on cooling system, a $150,000 savings annually• Executed feasibility testing of a new pressure transducer for a $400,000 savings per year supplier change• Authored 5 research studies and documented the studies via technical protocols and reports
