I am an attorney and the owner of the Aldred Law Firm in Clarksville, Tennessee. I specialize in several areas of law, including Birth Injury, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Military Law, and select family law and criminal cases. I serve clients throughout Montgomery County, Tennessee, and Christian County, Kentucky, and surrounding areas.I have over four decades of experience and am an accomplished and dedicated advocate for my clients. In addition to my experience, I am a certified pretrial specialist and civil and criminal trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.Over the course of my career, I have been an active member of the legal and professional communities. I spent over 25 years as a local youth sports coach and served as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. I am a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association and a graduate of Leadership Clarksville as well as a sustaining member of Kiwanis.In addition, I served for over 28 years on assignments to the U.S. Army Legal Services Agency in Washington, D.C. I acted as prosecutor and defense counsel for the 101st Airborne Division. I earned a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and received my law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.I obtained his license to practice law in 1977, which made me eligible to appear before all Tennessee state courts. I am also qualified to practice in Kentucky and before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
