Knowledgeable of the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security program. Perform duties as assistant to the Commander (CC) on all matters pertaining to SCI security program management. Performs multiple security disciplines in the following areas: Personnel security (initiates and updates security clearance/access eligibility); Security Access Eligibility Reports (SAER); Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI), Periodic Re-Investigation (PR), Eligibility, polygraph management; maintains Special Security Office (SSO) files; Special Access/Compartmented Programs; SCI Facility oversight; Information Security (violation reporting or investigations, classification management, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and privacy act); and Security Education & Awareness. Prepares classified correspondence. Readies SCI material for electronic transmission and physical transfer by the Defense Courier Service (DEFCOS). Provides and maintains accreditation of SCI facilities. Exercises control/accountability of all command SCI material.

Exploits global communications to support Computer Network Operations (CNO). Employs techniques to collect, identify, and exploit appropriate communications to ensure accurate targeting.

Performs analysis on collected information for metadata and content. Utilize data to reconstruct and document target networks to judge the relevant cyber intelligence information value, maintain continuity, ensure continued collection, provide indications and warning, identify users, and in some cases identify the activities of the target. Understands and performs target analysis of communication technologies and digital network systems vulnerabilities.

Naval Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM) Tactical Information Operations (TIO) Program billets provide critical capability to naval special warfare (NSW) forces. TIO duty is frequently isolated and independent, and involves deployment in arduous and combat environments. Assignment of Navy cryptologic personnel to TIO billets require careful consideration of individual suitability. TIO personnel are highly trained and equipped to provide a wide variety of tactical cryptologic support to NSW.

The DNEA analyzes intercepted intelligence information for metadata and content. They use this data to reconstruct and document target networks to judge the intelligence value and maintain target continuity. DNEAs understand and analyze target implementation of communication technologies and digital network systems. They discover methods and suggest strategies to exploit specific target networks, computer systems, or specific hardware and/or software. DNEAs perform a variety of duties associated with computer network operations across global networks. Advanced training in computer network operations, using state-of-the-art technology is readily available. Within a short period, today’s computer analyst quickly develops highly marketable computer network skills. A combination of technical and analytical computer network skills provides the situational awareness required to plan and execute informational operations (IO) actions/counteractions.

Performs tasks related to the detection, analysis, localization, and reporting of ocean-borne acoustics on the FSS and SURTASS sensors. Specific tasks include target motion analysis (TMA) and track development, multi-sensor correlation, mission planning, and quality assurance and contact reconstruction.Acoustic Expert-Qualified as Lead Analyst that provides in depth analysis, evaluation, and overall classification responsibility.IUSS Supervisor- Successfully completed Integrated Undersea Surveillance Supervisor Course.

As I was assigned to arduous Sea Duty to Forward Deployed Naval Forces in Japan, I operated the AN/SQQ-89(V)10 SONAR Suite which led to the generation of successful Anti-Submarine Warfare search plans during East China Sea, Yellow Sea, and Pacific Ocean Operations. During the Undersea Warfare Exercise with the Stennis Strike Group, I was the primary operator on the AN/SQS-53C, tracking numerous surface and subsurface contacts. I then collected all of the exercise data and submitted a flawless package to the Naval Mine and Anti-Submarine Warfare Command.
