In collaboration with Southwark Council Culture and Public Health Teams, I have been facilitating the development of the Southwark Culture Health and Wellbeing Partnership which now has over 100 members from all different statutory, professional and community backgrounds with a shared interest in arts, health and wellbeing.

Supporting the development of a growing network of over 50 people and organisations passionate about anti racist action, diversity and inclusion in Arts and Health activities and services. The network has been catalysed by Flourishing Lives, a London-wide coalition of arts and wellbeing organisations taking a creative and aspirational approach to supporting richer, more independent lives for people over the age of 55Flourishing Lives have designed and developed a diversity and inclusion programme in collaboration with the Race Equality Foundation and HEAR Network focusing on strengthening inclusion in arts and wellbeing services for people from a Black, Asian, and minority ethnic background.

Health Foundry is a collaborative, community driven co-working space set up by Guy's and St. Thomas' Foundation to help start-ups who are working to improve health and wellbeing through digital and technological solutions.

• Responsible for all operational management, HR, finance, strategy and business development. • Achieved success winning an UnLtd Big Venture Challenge 2014 award for the 30 most ambitious and scalable social enterprises in the UK. Featured article in The Times SME Hub.• Negotiated complex “spin-out” of the Bridges Self-Management Programme from St George’s and Kingston University, London and set up of the independent company. • Produced business plan, proposal and integrated financial model for the spin-out.• Achieved formal endorsement of the business plan by UnLtd, the leading provider of support to social enterprise in the UK, winning a Fast Growth Award to support the spin out process and to provide capital for start-up costs for the business.• Secured ongoing pro bono legal support from Pillsbury and Berwin Leighton and business support from, Bain, Ernst & Young, Actis and UnLtd.

Acted as strategic advisor to Dr Fiona Jones, the Founder of Bridges Self-Management. Advised on key business decisions, business modelling, forecasting, pricing strategy and financial reporting and the key considerations for scaling up the business including developing the business plan and securing grant funding (a £20,000 Fast Growth Award from UnLtd to support the growth of the business). Oversaw the successful spun-out of the company on 30 July 2013.First introduced to Dr Jones in 2009 as a business mentor via the the UnLtd Connect mentoring programme.

Co-founder of “Thrive in the City” (http://www.thriveinthecity.co.uk) – without funding, but through the power of collaboration and networking, in Nov 2017 created a free programme of 80 events celebrating mental health in the City for 1,000 City workers across 20 City venues.

I was contracted by Guy's and St Thomas' Charity and Health Foundry to develop the strategy to launch the Health Foundry in 2016 and to connect Health Foundry and its members to the local health and wellbeing system

Responsibility for all aspects of running the programme from sustaining its vision to delivering specific initiatives and facilitating connectivity and engagement with key stakeholders. The Southwark and Lambeth Resilient Communities Programme looked beyond the traditional medical model of integrated care and supported preventative initiatives that aimed to build resilient and resourceful communities to enhance the wellbeing of local citizens. The programme had approximately 200 members, ranging from citizens, VCS and arts-based organisations to statutory commissioners and providers at all levels, who formed an informal network with the same shared ambition to effect culture change and had a desire to connect with like-minded people.The initiatives included:- Voluntary and Community Sector Development to support the sector to become more integrated and connected to the health and care system - improving access to local community based services through initiatives such as social prescribing, care navigation, health champions, directory services- promote consistency and collaborative working between patients and professionals in care and support planning- supporting organisations which provide or promote volunteering, community giving and support Southwark and Lambeth Integrated Care (SLIC) was a partnership between local GPs, King’s College Hospital, Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals, the South London and Maudsley Mental Health trust, social care in both local councils, Lambeth and Southwark Clinical Commissioning groups and with local people and voluntary and community sector (VCS) groups.

I worked on a 5 month contract, project managing The Prince's Trust's integration with The Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust. I was based part time in Glasgow and part time in London.I reported directly to the Integration Programme Director, Rebecca Galambos, and to the Chief Executive Martina Milburn, the Scottish Director Heather Gray and the Senior Management Team. My responsibilities included: • developing and maintaining the individual and overall workstream project plans, assessing dependencies, resource requirements, financial costs and timing considerations. • managing the integration risk, issues and resource log and developed progress reports. •monitoring the ongoing performance of the integration against the original business case, regularly assessing the costs and benefits of key decisions. •providing weekly status updates to the Chief Executive and to the Senior Management Team and overseeing the monthly integration steering committee meetings and weekly integration workstream leads meetings •mediating conflicts and resolving issues. •Facilitation of workshops and organised integration events for all staff involved in the integration. •providing input into the integration communication plan and was responsible for ensuring effective communication to all staff involved in the integration, other key stakeholders as well as the wider organisation. •recruitment of additional staff and secured pro bono resource to support the integration. •coordination of the transition plan to business as usual.

I worked as an Assistant Director in Ernst & Young's transaction services team in London where I gained five years of experience as a senior due diligence advisor, predominantly focused on advising small and medium sized enterprises with turnover ranging between £5m and £100m. During this time I have assisted over 30 businesses on due diligence projects across a variety of sectors and in several different countries. I have worked closely with both private equity and corporate clients looking to acquire and sell all or parts of their business or seeking to raise funds.My experience also includes working on nine significant capital markets transactions which include stock market listings and public fundraisings on AIM and the London Stock Exchange.

I worked on secondment from Ernst & Young at the Prince's Trust for 9 months until December 2011. During this time I managed the integration of Fairbridge into the Prince's Trust's portfolio of programmes for disadvantaged young people. The integration brought together over 300 staff from Fairbridge into the Prince’s Trust, resulting in approximately 1,000 staff in the combined organisation. Over 200 people were directly involved in the integration. I reported directly to the Integration Programme Director, Rebecca Galambos, and to the Chief Executive Martina Milburn and Senior Management Team.My responsibilities were similar in nature to those performed during my role project managing the Prince's Trust's recent merger with The Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust - see above for details.

During this period I qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant and became manager in Deloitte's Telecoms, Media and Technology audit department as well as spending a significant amount of time working with Deloitte's AIM team on several AIM and main market stock market listings.
