• Assist S&D manager to develop and track HSSE Plans per the guidance of Country and Group HSSE Managers.• Provide support, control and assurance in the implementation of the HSSE initiatives and strategy per the HSSE Calendar, including the focus areas as may be determined every year.• Provide specialist advice and support to the S&D manager and assist line functions in the discharge of their responsibilities as set out in the HSSE MS.• Participate in the setting of HSSE targets/ KPIs and monitor, and report performance monthly in Isometrix.• Implement HSSE incident reporting guidelines and support the business manager in incident reporting, investigation and RAP implementation.• Support Incident Investigations using various tools including Tripod. Cascade learning across the Business. Input and track incident data in IsoMetrix.• Collect HSSE data for all Depot and Road transport operations and Prepare periodic performance reports and assist business managers in tracking HSSE performance and KPIs.• Support Business manager in HSSE MS, HEMP documentation development, updating and review and track Remedial Action Plans as required.• Co-ordinate and assist the S&D business manager to complete Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and meet other requirements for MHMS.• Develop audit schedules in line with Country and Group HSSE Manager’s directives and coordinate HSSE audits in S&D as required.• Provide Emergency Response Support for the S&D business unit and Act as the Emergency Response Advisor• Support the S&D business manager to carry-out facility Audits of depots and contractor sites.• Assist VE contracted hauliers to develop HSSE Management system to assure that operations are carried out in line with VE policies and standards.• Play a leading role in staff HSSE Competence Profiling, drawing of Training Plans and executing the plan to meet the required competence to manage Depot and RT operations.
