At Honeywell I managed purchase orders for 16 suppliers with a $13M annual inventory value and negotiated delivery dates, expedited payments, and overall logistical issues.Key Achievements:  I decreased past due revenue from a chronic supplier by $500K in three months by reprioritizing supplier production schedule and restoring supplier self-managed quality inspection for the equipment. I identified $2M of revenue potential and pulled it in one quarter ahead of time by transferring inventory from sites with surpluses to sites with shortages allowing production to be completed in the quarter. I helped transition a struggling supplier with $2.5M in annual spend to better performing options by prioritizing their supplier production schedule and navigating supplier expediting fees during the transition.
