Joined the organization 4 months after a migration from NetSuite to Salesforce.com and was immediately challenged to assess and enhance the business processes. Off the bat I immersed myself into providing visibility from the back of the house (customer success and professional services) to the front of the house (sales and marketing). A number of projects presented and executed include a Zendesk to Salesforce integration, implementation of a Salesforce.com Company Community and research, evaluation and rollout of a Professional Services Automation tool.Using an exceptional working knowledge of Salesforce relationships and strong analytical skills, maximized the CRM's reporting capabilities and ease of use to the end user.Administration responsibilities include, but are not limited to, constant customization and enhancement of CRM, database management, development of reports and dashboards and day-to-day support of Users. This is made up of made up of user maintenance and training, as well as communicating future releases and enhancements.
