It includes activities such as trading terms, promotional allowances, bonus stock, case deals, discounts and rebates.• Analyse allocates the claim against the relevant planned spend and claims to the correct balance sheet account.• Reconcile of each spend provision accounts by trade spend analyst monthly.• Investigate and reconcile clearing account on a timely basis.• Analyse and review the aging of accruals of each provisions to be scaled into account.• Monitoring of accrual budget against actuals.• Analyse and maintain pricing on a new item prices, discounts/surcharges within the system • Analysis at total business level will be impacted by Channel / Customer and Pack / Brand mix, and analysis done at Channel will be impacted by Pack / Brand mix only• Resolved sustained business gaps and inefficiencies in the management reporting function, and also provide resource intensive analytical analysis which will free up time for the Business.
