I am currently a Graduate Student at CSULB and am enrolled in 14 units. I have been nearly a straight A student since transferring to CSULB, and have received an A in every math, physics, and engineering class that I have taken. I am also a member of the ASCE Steel Bridge team, through which I have learned many skills, such as drafting professional bridge designs through programs such as AutoCAD and SAP, and the safe and proper use of heavy machinery used in the construction of the steel bridge. I received an award for the CSULB College of Engineering Department Outstanding Baccalaureate Graduate, as well as the CSULB ASCE Award of Excellence for Upperclassman of the Year during my senior year. I have highly developed technical and computer skills. My organizational, communication, and leadership skills have been highly developed through my years at college and my various jobs. I am a proficient user of AutoCAD, MATLAB, ENERCALC, OpenSees, and Microsoft Office (especially word, excel, and PowerPoint). I thrive in team environments and I am very comfortable working in busy office settings where deadlines must be met. I enjoy conducting research, especially on topics related to engineering. I consider myself to be a good writer, and I am good with spelling and grammar. I have been told that I am a perfectionist, and I always pay attention to detail in everything that I do.
