Created and led engaging recreation programs in the Mental Health Treatment and Rehab Program under the guidance of a recreation therapist and the Canada Summer Jobs program. I strove to run programs that reflected the expressed interests of in-patients to support their mental health and well-being while at Parkwood Institute Mental Health. I also assisted staff in supervising patients off-unit and addressing day-to-day needs on the wards.

Collaborated with a team of kitchen staff to effectively prepare meals for customers in a fast-paced work environment. I was responsible for self-directed prep work, managing produce deliveries and assisting in training new staff.
