• Manage research and analysis unit that deftly meets the information needs of The Graduate School (TGS) leadership and its constituencies.

• Developed new graduate program data reports, including demographic and outcomes information summaries for the quality assurance meetings (i.e. progress reviews).
• Automated processes for annual tasks related to progress reviews and survey completion.

• Gathered student enterprise system data and completed charts and tables with information on student level data (e.g. time-to-degree, completion rates, selectivity, etc.).
