⦁ Configure, installs, moves, upgrades, track, tests, and repairs hardware, software and peripheral components..⦁ Provide timely resolution of system and/or application problems and follow through to completion.⦁ Provide support and solutions to issues including account maintenance of Active Directory hardware replacement and troubleshooting, software installation and support.⦁ Provide support for all end user hardware and software including operating system, office applications, various customer applications, printers, etc..⦁ Install third party applications and trained the employees.⦁ Reinstall software programs or adjusting settings on existing software to fix machine malfunction.⦁ Reassemble machines after making repairs or replacing parts.⦁ Converse with customers concerning equipment operation, maintenance or programming.⦁ Test new systems to ensure that they are in working order.⦁ Assemble machines according to specifications, using hand or power tools and measuring devices.⦁ Maintain daily records of all problems and remedial action taken.⦁ Provide after-hours on-call support per established rotation schedule.⦁ Follow established guidelines and interprets policies.⦁ Managing inventory and cleaning failed parts.

⦁ Use Windows 8, Excel 2010, desktop computer and software interviewer to contact individuals using Avaya Voice over Internet Protocol.⦁ Ask questions in accordance with instructions to obtain various specified information.⦁ Identify and resolve inconsistencies in interviewees' responses by means of appropriate questioning and/or explanation.⦁ Compiling, recording and coding results and data from interview using computer.⦁ Review data obtained from interview to completeness and accuracy.⦁ Troubleshoot any physical computer or Voice over Internet Protocol issues.⦁ Train new employees and educate them to the company purpose and standards.
