• Maintain efficient running of the ICSS system (Siemens Quadlog/PCS 7) onboard SBM FPSO’s. This included fault finding, preventative and reactive maintenance on the ICSS system, to ensure maximum facility uptime for Offshore assets. • Monitoring, maintaining and responsibility for the healthcare of the Offshore ICSS.• Confirming equipment and system performance is within the Operating Envelope.• Provision of ICSS technical support for all Offshore assets, including ensuring compliance with established standards, provision of technical advice and management of critical drawings• Timely action and closure of HSE and Audit Actions, Notifications, Temporary Operating Procedures and Deviations, and Engineering Change Requests• Identifying and defining scope of Shutdown and Major Maintenance activities, and for providing assistance for development of Work Order scope.• Maintaining a software change database for ICSS assets, Carrying out Management of Change on all ICSS and UCP Control System equipment .

Maintain the operations of Johnson Controls equipment throughout the site. This included pressure testing of products, fault finding and repair of controls systems. Onsite commissioning, maintenance, and installation of pressure switches, gauges, Valves, EPs, DX Controllers, XTs, XPs, and Older controllers such as FPUs, DCs, DRs, VMAs etc. Knowledge on Johnson Controls PLC systems and software was essential and most knowledge was self taught.
