About William B.

I have worked for a small private company, a fortune-500 company, a government corporation, and a student-run team. I discovered through these different environments that what I valued most in my career is being part of a team of great individuals who are all striving towards an honorable purpose. I am the employee who values his teammates like family.I found love for Product Design and Engineering from the thrill of creating something amazing from seemingly "thin air". I loved taking ideas and turning them into reality. In college, I designed and welded together an electric racecar. Nothing felt better than being inside the car when it was finished. I got to zoom through the tracks, and cheer with my team to the podium. In this instance, I was the happy designer/engineer as well as the happy customer! I chase moments like these in my career. Aside from my technical skills I also found a love for solving big ambiguous problems. For this reason, I got a minor in Technology Management which focuses on business-centered problem-solving. These soft skills show up through my designs and interactions with others and allow me to create designs and prototypes more closely centered to the customer and the company’s direction.
