-Assisting project Construction and Commissioning Personnel in the preparation, authorization and execution of work permits. -Monitoring Electrical and Mechanical Isolations including:InstallationDocumentationZero energy verification Removal of isolations (upon the completion of work and verification of proper/safe operation)-Assisted with Isolation procedure implementation by producing excel documents and forms necessary to track isolations for personnel protection and for equipment protection during the Construction and Commissioning phases of the project. Developed Isolation training materials, Permitting System Internal flow charts and an office operations scheme.-Developed slide shows for Isolation Authority training, Construction personnel training and Commissioning personnel training on Power Point from information derived from the site Isolation procedure.-Trained Electrical and Mechanical Isolation Authorities in site specific isolation procedures and implementation.-Presented multiple rounds of Permit Initiator Training to small groups (2-5 individuals) and large groups (60+ individuals), maintained a register and monitored compliance/accuracy of permit scope, safety recommendations and requirements. -Coordinated efforts and communication between Construction and Commissioning both in the field at the craft/tech level and at the discipline lead/upper management levels.-Review daily collection of permits for isolation needs, completeness, verification of relevant information (locations, equipment tag #s etc.) and contact appropriate parties for corrections or additional information as necessary.-Work with permit technicians to guaranty an accurate and complete log of all current permitting activity and vetting the Permit Simops sheets for omissions and work conflicts.-Lead daily permit meeting for Construction, Commissioning and Operations Unit Supervisors to review Permit Simops sheet as a group and discuss potential conflicts.

-Performed Commissioning system walk downs to identify incomplete systems and remaining work scope for Construction.-Supervised the Korean Commissioning Techs performing Electrical Testing procedures on various pieces of electrical equipment.-Completed Blue lines as systems were visually inspected, verified installed as designed and circuits proved sound via "Cold check" testing procedures. -Assisted with the creation and organization of As-Built drawings and redlines.-Became an unofficial liaison between the Korean Commissioning Techs working with me and the Engineering Dept. to communicate issues and propose solutions.-Worked with Alaska Commissioning team to complete Zero energy and Energized Commissioning activities on the "Built onsite" buildings and "Truckable Modules".-Completed onsite inspection and report of skid installed Loadbank.-Corresponded with and supported both field (onsite) and localized (office bound) Vendors.-Managed all onsite Electrical and Mechanical Isolations prior to implementation of Site-wide Isolation Procedure.
