Oversee safety and maintenance for 21 facilities with 38 buildings, across two counties, with a direct report staff of 10+. Ensuring facilities comply with federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations especially in relationship to grant guidelines, including VA contracts. Facilities consist of dormitories, SRO’s, emergency shelters, transitional housing, permanent housing, mental health, offices, classrooms, commercial kitchens and 2 warehouses. Managed up to $4.3M in capital improvements projects annually from multiple funding sources (CDBG, HUD, EHAP, Work Force, City, County, State, Federal) and $1 million annual facilities budget and multiple vendor contracts. Manage volunteer projects with up to 650 volunteers on a single day. Managed $1M+ in capital improvements projects. Manage prevailing wage projects and associated government compliance. Managed projects and developed deferred maintenance plan and budget, work effectively with architects, engineers, bankers, contractors, inspectors, city, county and state officials

Managed the Materials Department: Raw materials (RM), In Process (IP) materials and Finished Products (FP). Managed the shipping and receiving department. Maintained proper documentation of shipments and inventory. Ensured proper Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) were followed for current Good Manufacturing Process (cGMP) shipments. Implemented cGMP computer compliance for analytical data and equipment. Responsible for internal safety audits. Created and edited new and existing SOPs. Created and trained environmental, industrial health and safety programs. Responsible for daily operations, planned repairs/maintenance and renovations of facilities and equipment’s.
