An active customer centered role, my duties include:-Organizing and executing 3+ hour events multiple times a week.-Assisting and facilitating local online broadcasts.-Creating and hosting advertisements online, and posters for in store use.-Preparing order lists for high volume sales products.

During my time here I originally worked as an Electronics Sales Representative, and was eventually dual-trained to oversee and manage returns as the Customer Service Representative, my duties included:-Handling a myriad of basic functions of the store, such as inventory management, and cleaning.-Maintaining customer satisfaction with our superb return policy.During my time here I acquired 22 national recognition awards for going above and beyond for my customers.

In my position at Staples, I performed the following functions:-Operating on damaged devices, and doing backroom service work on various consumer electronics.-Maintaining my Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) Certification.-Working directly on the floor with customers to negotiate bundled sales.
