Reporting to the Project Operation Director. Lead a cross-functional team of 38 engineers (L1, L2, L3) encompassing Service Desk, IVVQ, and Infrastructure teams. We successfully delivered passport creation operations for the Thailand Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I implemented and standardized engineering processes, including Configuration Management, IVVQ, and Performance Measures, to optimize workflow and ensure project quality. Providing technical leadership and guidance, I fostered efficient development and collaboration between both the project management team and the engineering team. Furthermore, I cultivated a collaborative environment across local and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution within a multi-stakeholder landscape. By continuously monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and opportunities, I kept all stakeholders informed, including Global and Regional leadership teams, the local Project Management team, and the Thailand Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Leading a team of 10 Digitalization Officers throughout the region, supporting in the unification of applications and business platforms, and focusing considerably on the benefit realization of the multiple platforms through enhancing productivity and data accuracy.Implemented various global large scale to small scale projects. Strategic planning for future IT requirements to support the overall business goals and objectives. Small scale IoT projects throughout the region to explore more innovative technologies and enhancing business capabilities.
