I am currently in my final year of pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Rehabilitation at St Mary's University, Twickenham. Throughout my studies, I have developed a robust understanding of injury management, rehabilitation plans, and massage therapy. My coursework and hands-on experience have equipped me with the skills to create personalised rehabilitation plans and implement them effectively. I am proud to have earned RFU PHICIS accreditation and BASRAT (British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers) accreditation, both testaments to my commitment and expertise in this field. Additionally, I have served as a Student Ambassador, representing the university at various events and promoting our programs to prospective students.
