William Barrow Counselling offers a safe and discrete environment where persons with emotional/psychological problems can seek help and support in a nonjudgmental and therapeutic counselling relationship. My approach focuses on finding a sustainable solution for the client's problems. I perform counselling for a full range of emotional and psychological issues. I help clients deal with, process and heal emotional and psychological problems. In some cases, it is a general feeling of unhappiness and lack of fulfillment. In other cases, it is much more specific and can involve emotional pain, anxiety, abusive behavior, depression, compulsion, addiction, trauma, loss, etc. In every case, our work together is all about improving your state of emotional well-being and your experience of life. My goal is to help my clients find stability and balance that is sustainable and inevitably leads to a more fulfilling life experience. I offer each of my clients genuine concern, empathy and unconditional positive regard. It is my belief that everyone possesses an innate ability to grow as a person, heal emotional damage and find fulfillment.
