As of spring 2024 I am perusing my degree in mechanical engineering, taking a full time course load and working full time as a Manufacturing Technician. In my role, I provide technical assistance to production and operations, collaborating closely with process and quality engineering on projects. These include new vendor qualifications, new process implementation, solid modeling of mechanical components, vision system programming, work instruction creation, process control documentation updating and hands-on fabrication using a variety of equipment including 3-D printers, lathes and mills. I am also an active member of our Material Review Board.I bring two years of vocational education in Manufacturing Technology, with experience in CNC and manual milling, CAD/CAM, welding, automation programming and more. My passion for manufacturing is deeply rooted, as I come from a family with a history in the field spanning generations. In my admittedly limited free time, I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including canoeing, hiking, skiing, fishing, golfing, and hunting. I am also an avid New York Rangers fan.
