CurrentAs a Business Development Manager for Alivio Group, I specialise in helping business recover financial losses due to solicitor negligence in property transactions, particularly in the area of Capital Allowances. My role is to build strategic relationships with commercial property agents, property owners and businesses impacted by missed Capital Allowances, ensuring they receive the compensation they are entitled to.With a strong understanding of the complexities of Capital Allowances and conveyancing, I focus on identifying businesses that have unknowingly missed out on valuable tax relief. I work closely with with clients to guide them through the process, collaborating with legal and financial experts to maximise recovery for our clients.What I do* Identify and engage businesses affected by solicitor negligence related to missed Capital Allowances*Build and maintain relationships with commercial property agents and industry stake holders to uncover potential cases.*Develop and execute strategies to expand Alivio Group's market presence in the property and legal sectors.*Work directly with businesses to assess their eligibility for a case and assist in navigating the solicitors process.
