I have 5 years of experience in the mobility industry with a focus on Learning & Development. I was part of a team to help train in new and existing employees for our Client Services department. Other duties within the role were to create & manage training/process documents as well as maintain our LMS platform. I also played a key role in creating and managing our coaching/development program which provided me with experience handling sensitive and confidential information. Before I made the move to the mobility industry, I gained almost 15 years in the hospitality industry. I worked my way up from an entry-level position, obtained a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and was promoted to the bar manager where I finished my tenure. I was responsible for all aspects of the restaurant including managing finances, recruiting & hiring as well as managing inventory levels for all the alcohol on site.
