Built Tech Center from an idea to a fully functioning center for testing and validating medical injection molds.Using my experience from WSB Engineering, trained several apprentices in Scientific Molding techniques as well as knowledge of polymer chemistry & behaviour.

• Installed & optimized new Decoupled molding processes which improved Part Quality, reduced average cycle times by 10 to 15% (20 to 25% in some cases), wasted materials and rejects (down to less than 2%).

• Worked closely with customers on new projects from start to finish, providing advice on material selection, mold design and part design for manufacturability complete with GANTT charts and complete mold validation with.
