My duties included, reviewing loan modification requests for accuracy and consistency, assigning the modification to a negotiator based on the lender type, and occasionally reviewing similar documents for short sale and deed in lieu requests.

My responsibilities included; accurately processing payroll, helping client with adjustments, garnishments, and reimbursements. I served a client base of 250 client and approximately 3,000 employees. I was also responsible for any tax form amending, billing inquiries and general account maintenance.

Responsible for assisting guests with check in/check out, directing calls throughout the property, scheduling shuttle service, wake up calls and arranging luggage assistance.

As a studio intern, my primary duty was to operate the studio camera for 5, 6, and on occasion 11pm newscasts. I also performed mic checks, operated the TelePrompTer system, and assisted with creating box graphics.

As the Public Address Announcer for the Men's and Women's basketball teams at MCC, my duties were to introduce the starting lineups and coaches for each team, keep the fans informed about the game, and make general announcements concerning raffles, contest, and other announcements as necessary.

To train service representatives in proper call handling, customer assisting techniques, and also assist customers and agents with policy changes, billing inquiries, service questions, in an in-bound call center.
