A People Professional currently in the process of transitioning from the British Army (Educational and Training Services Branch). My background and experience in HR, Learning and Development, Workforce Planning, Policy and Assurance comes with a track record of success. In addition to the Leadership and Management skills deveopled during my military career, I have confidence in my ability to perform across a versatile number of areas. Most notably within the People and Training Professions. I am comfortable at both the strategic and tactical level and can work either independently or as part of a team. I thrive under pressure and I'm highly skilled in problem-solving and finding creative solutions to complex challenges. My emotional intelligence is an area I take pride in, which assists with my ability to engage with and influence a wide variety of stakeholders in pursuit of organisational goals. My Learning and Development experience ranges from Training Delivery through to Analysis, Design and Evaluation, and my generalist experience makes me suitable for a range of management or policy roles in this area.In my most recent role as a Strategic Workforce Planner, I provided crucial support to the Army's Personnel Directorate during a period of unprecedented change, restructuring, and uncertainty. My work in this role has further cemented my reputation as a People professional who can handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism.I am now seeking new opportunities in L&D, workforce planning, project management, or policy, either in the public or private sector. I am open to exploring all opportunities that arise and look forward to leveraging my skills and experience to make a positive impact in any organisation I join.
