Successfully treated over 4500 orthodontic patients and counting. A leader in non-extraction Phase 1 and Phase 2 treatment, developed the "GNATHOS orthodontic system" to establish the gold standard of orthodontic care. Described as a Visionary Business Leader, he is experienced in areas of Business Development to include, but not necessarily limited to, the following: Marketing, Executive Leadership, Accounting, Human Resources, Planning and Teamwork. In the most challenging recessionary environment of 2007-2009, his business grew an average of 18% each year with 10 successive years of growth. Awarded a Navy ROTC scholarship, he graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering before serving as a Surface Warfare Officer aboard the USS White Plains deploying twice to the Persian Gulf. Earned a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry before entering the Air Force and was awarded a Certificate In Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics while serving, including one deployment to Germany. Upon separating the military a second time, he began his business from scratch in Denver metro growing to three locations in 8 years before a successful exit in 2017. A Renaissance man, Dr. Beaber recently graduated Auctioneer school while working on his license in Real Estate, Insurance, Series 65 and completing a design for his own television studio. As a lecturer, he can speak extemporaneously but his most popular speech is: The Four Pillars of Success. The business principles he has developed over time allowed him to go from homeless and unemployed in 2004 to the owner of a multimillion dollar business in 2014.
