As an “FT2” I am required to Operate, Maintain, Rebuild, Reboot, Troubleshoot, and Repair Computer, Servers and Electrical systems. My position has given me the opportunity to learn how to diagnose and repair system breakdowns by consulting technical documentation such as system schematics and procedures. As well as conducting maintenance per source documentation. It provided experience inworking with plenty of mechanical and electrical tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes. Projects often required strong verbal and written communication between other teams and supervisors.

As a retail representative I was responsible for promoting and selling our products or services topotential and existing customers. It afforded me the opportunity to develop strong interpersonal skills through hands-on interaction with diverse individuals. I gained a keen sales instincts, communication skills, and a passion for building long term customer relationships

I was responsible for accurately processing transactions, providing exceptional customer service. It provided me with the opportunity to excel in dynamic environments, adept at juggling multiple responsibilities with efficiency, and fostering teamwork and collaboration.
