I have over 13 years of experience in the EHS field, spanning various industries and roles, from regional safety manager to senior safety specialist to supervisor.My core competencies include developing and monitoring accident investigation and prevention programs, policies, and procedures, as well as assessing and mitigating risks and losses related to workers' compensation. I also have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and project management essentials certification, which enable me to apply analytical and strategic thinking to improve processes and performance.
