For over 25 years, I have helped organizations improve business results by equipping managers to more effectively analyze performance problems, improve execution and sustain high performance. I utilize my workshops, webinars and executive coaching to teach managers how to analyze why performance is faltering. Managers often have little awareness of the role they play in enabling or disabling the performance of their direct reports and teams. Many of the skills I impart are based on the Performance-7™ system which I originated in the 1990s and outlined in my book, “Mind The Gap: Analyze & Improve Performance.” I also work as a performance consultant at a team and organizational level and have several years of experience as an executive coach. In addition to working with an OD/HRD consulting firm based in St. Louis for 20 years, I also ran my international operation for 15 years with offices in St. Louis, London, and Singapore.
