Headcount expanded from 70 to 700 from 2021 through 2023. Creating strategy and multiphase expansion plans. Created organization for the for Construction, Facilities (Operations, Equipment test/manufacturing), Security (classified and unclassified). Integrated production planning for next generation Robotics and Technology (test rack and data center design and expansion). Designing and building new Mission Operations Center. Strategic planning on new Torino, Italy Production and (AIT) location for Europe expansion. Credit Suisse AG – Managing Director, Global Head of Critical Engineering and Sustanability Overview: Executive accountable for all critical and non-critical Mechanical and Electrical (M & E) systems infrastructure globally. This includes all Credit Suisse (CS) offices and all Primary, Secondary Data Centers and Disaster Recovery Data Center site locations in over 50 countries. The position also includes responsibility for the Sustainability leadership, development and implementation as well as key Innovation strategies for the Data Center and Workspace environments. -Established a Global Critical Engineering Systems (CES) Department encompassing each of the four Credit Suisse regions. The department consisted of 30 direct CS Engineering and Management employees and over 200 in-house contract support personnel. The department additionally managed well over 300 trade contract and vendor maintenance agreements globally.-Created and published Global CS Critical Engineering Infrastructure and Data Center Design guidelines and Owner’s Requirements Documents for both office and data center construction. CS used these documents as part of the design and construction of over 1+ million square feet of new data centers globally. -Developed and deployed a global Computer Based Maintenance and Management System (CMMS) to track all assets and inventory, scheduling and life cycle replacements. In addition, managed approximately 140 annual Integrated System Test (IST) and Power Down (PD) events globally across 49 weekends a year.-Responsible for global energy management and procurement strategy. Created wholesale energy procurement plans across multiple regions.-Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Credit Suisse Environmental Sustainability initiatives for Engineering, IT and Facilities globally outside of Switzerland. (ISO-14001)-Established Process and Quality Assurance and Control systems within the organization to create consistency in the construction and operations management of the M & E infrastructure on both a regional and global basis.-Energy and operational cost savings initiatives 5-10% annually over last 5 years. In excess of US 10 Million in capital project government and utility grants in the US and Asia. -Developed, designed and implemented a global engineering incident reporting and tracking system.

Vice President-Director Facilities Engineering: Executive accountable for the global design, build out, implementation and operations of the Data Center and Office portfolio’s. This accounted for approximately 260,000 sq. feet of existing and 1.2 million sq. feet of new data center facilities in the US and UK. This position reported directly to the CTO in direct interaction with the CEO, CFO and COO. Overall responsibility for a data center expansion capital budget of US 300 million dollars. •Created and expanded Facilities, Facilities Engineering, Data Center Operations and Construction Departments. Created organization structures with job descriptions and staffing levels for the division.•Set up global design, engineering operations, construction and facilities standards. Conducted and finalized site acquisition assessments in conjunction with the Real-estate department, consultants and regional utility authorities.•Coordinated inter-department design standards between the network backbone, telephone and IT. •Formulated an integrated equipment design and procurement strategy with equipment vendors and manufactures. Pre-purchased 95 million dollars of equipment to insure timely availability. Vendor base was in excess of 100 manufactures and suppliers.
