• Ensure that the minimum and or contract key performance indicators (KPI) are met at all times. • Perform equipment checks and calibrations according to OTR Tyres Standard Work • Fit and remove wheels from any type of vehicle according to OTR Tyres Standard Work Procedures. • Mount and strip any type of tyre and rim assembly according to OTR Tyres Standard Work Procedures. • Perform repairs to tyres and tubes according to OTR Tyres Standard Work Procedures. • Operate forklifts and tyre handlers according to OTR Tyres Standard Work Procedures. • Clean, paint and crack test rim components according to OTR Tyres Standard Work Procedures. • Perform Inspections and determine the suitability of wheel components to remain in service. • Maintain tyre operating pressures in accordance with contract scope of works. • Maintain a high quality of service to the client. • Occupational Health and Safety Compliance:• Conduct regular audits on all tyre fitting equipment such as jacks, stands, torque multipliers, bead breakers, etc to ensure calibration intervals and to ensure safe working condition. • Setup a system to ensure calibration of equipment on site. • Ensure that hygiene standards are maintained in workshop and office facilities.• Ensure that all work is carried out safely and according to OTR Occupational Health and Safety Procedures. • Ensure you comply with site “lock out” or “tag out” procedures. • Investigate hazards, unsafe work conditions and equipment reported and takes action to eliminate or reduce the risk to acceptable levels. • Investigate and report all incidents and injuries according to procedures. • Read and confirm incident notices and other safety information conveyed to all personnel.
