With a long and illustrious career at HR Strategies, a premier HR Business Process Outsourcing & Professional Employer Organization, I have planned strategized and serviced everything from payroll, retirement plans, worker’s compensation, group benefit plans, EPLI management, and so much more for a range of diverse client companies, each with their own unique needs and requirements. I believe this is best accomplished by utilizing a combination of high-tech platforms with high-touch professionals to rely on. I love being the problem solver that can help any company in any challenge adapt to offer the best to all their employees.I’ve been able to accomplish so much by being an astute people-person, learning from others, and communicating with them to collaborate on crucial needs and objectives. This has allowed me to maintain and expand accounts with our clients, coordinate with third-party vendors, and lead and empower teams to perform above and beyond. (Most importantly, it’s helped me be a good partner for my kayak partner, wife, our two rescue dogs, Hope and Layla.)I now look forward to bringing my accrued experience, energy, and expertise to an exciting new role.
