Manage all aspects of the Office of Admissions.Supervise admissions staff.Analyze and assign recruitment territories and develop strategies to maximize recruitment efforts.Collaborate with campus departments and offices to improve group recruitment initiatives.Create and maintain recruitment plan to increase enrollment for undergraduate students.CRM Administrator for TargetX Customer Relationship Manager.Responsible for maintenance, development, enhancements, dashboards, reporting,workflows, communications (both print and electronic), training end users onrelevant tasks, and keeping the CRM community informed of updates and newfunctionality.Collaborate with the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Director of Marketing to design and market recruitmentment materials and publications.Work directly with Vice President for Enrollment Management to develop strategic enrollment strategies to maintain and increase future enrollments.Perform probationary and yearly staff evaluations.Regulate annual budget.Develop and Supervise all major recruitment events Coordinate leveraging efforts with Admissions Counselors and Financial Aid Office to maximize new student enrollment with Institutional scholarship dollars.Maintain relationships with two-year and peer institutions to improve transfer articulations.Fluently use systems such as TargetX (Salesforce), Informatica, Axiom, BANNER, and Argos.Manage Shepherd University Admissions website (Wordpress).Run and analyze enrollment report data.Serve as Admissions representative on the Admissions & Credits Committee and Athletics Committee.Athletics Liaison.
