- Manage beach amenities including daybeds, umbrellas, and complimentary chairs for hotel guests, ensuring a welcoming environment.- Facilitate the rental process for non-hotel guests, providing attentive service and addressing their needs promptly.- Offer a range of services including lotions, watersports equipment, and food and beverage options to enhance guest experience.- Coordinate the setup of beach equipment each morning, arranging chairs and cabanas meticulously for guest enjoyment.- Execute efficient breakdown procedures at the end of each day, safely lifting and organizing heavy equipment for future use.- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold hotel standards of hospitality at all times.

- Be familiar with chapters governing documents- Be familiar with national societies governing documents- Report to the regional Parliamentarian through emails and conference calls- Attend both Fall Regional Conference and National Convention- Work out budget for conferences that chapter attends- Prepare Travel expense request document to be submitted to student government- Make necessary reservation for the conferences
