Having extensive experience in all forms of corporate legal issues, I am able to move seamlessly from negotiating transactions to performing due diligence, to supervising the construction, purchase, lease, and management of large real estate portfolios. In my current role, I am general counsel for a real estate investment holding company, where I leverage innovation and expertise to maximize the profitability of their assets, which include a variety of commercial properties including multi-unit shopping centers and office towers. I identify and measure risk, influence appropriate mitigation activities, and manage outside counsel to extend the legal reach and capabilities of the organization. Additionally, I maximize revenue potential within our portfolio of real estate holdings. I manage multiple competing priorities, seeing projects and programs through to successful completion, and I lead diverse and dispersed teams in achieving set goals and objectives.
