Howdy! As a mechatronics engineer, I bring to the table years of experience. My expertise lies in designing, developing, and optimizing systems and processes in various industries. I have an extensive background in using Lean Six Sigma to enhance efficiency and eliminate redundancy. In my previous roles, I've had the opportunity to create a data post-processing application that significantly boosted efficiency across nationwide sites. Also, by applying Lean Six Sigma principles, I managed to improve fuel nozzle valve yields. During my internship, I played a key role in optimizing the organization's engineering design process by leveraging Autodesk Inventor and creating custom CAD features, which not only improved design reliability but also reduced design time.I'm adept at 3D printing technologies as well. In one of my research projects, I explored the use of 3D printing to create kerf structures and introduced a new manufacturing process for polymeric materials used in kerf structures. This allowed for precise modifications of kerf structures' material composition.Apart from these skills, my proficiency extends to programming languages like Python and C, tools like MATLAB and Simulink, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and more.Get in touch if you're looking for an experienced mechanical engineer who can bring innovation and efficiency to your organization. Together we can leverage technology to drive organizational growth and success.

Engineering InternParker Aerospace Jun 2024 - Aug 2024Glendale, Arizona, United States- Created a data post-processing application that enhanced efficiency across nationwide sites- Improved fuel nozzle valve yields by applying Lean Six Sigma to identify and address root causes- Delivered weekly presentations to a team of 12 engineers, driving informed decisions -
Design Engineering InternDover Precision Components Jun 2023 - Aug 2023Pearland, Texas, United StatesDuring my internship, I played a pivotal role in optimizing the organization's engineering design process by leveraging my proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and embracing Lean Six Sigma principles. One of my primary contributions involved creating custom CAD features in Autodesk Inventor, which not only bolstered design reliability but also significantly reduced design time, ensuring that projects remained on schedule. In line with the commitment to Lean Six Sigma, I consolidated 13 parametric part families into Inventor's Content Center, eliminating redundancy and enhancing design element retrieval efficiency. Additionally, I designed parameter-driven templates for various bearing end seals that were tailored for Design Engineers, expediting the design of end seals while maintaining precision and consistency across projects. Recognizing the importance of preserving knowledge and facilitating future improvements, I also documented all my work, providing a valuable resource for replication, improvement, and result verification in the future. -
Undergraduate ResearcherTexas A&M University College Of Engineering Jun 2022 - Aug 2022College Station, Texas, United StatesOver the course of the program, I investigated the use of 3D printing to create kerf structures. Introducing a new manufacturing process enabled the exploration of polymeric materials being used in kerf structures, and it made modifying kerf structures’ material composition very precise and easy. The kerf structures were initially tested using finite element analysis in Abaqus simulation software, making the kerf structures’ material and geometric properties easy to manipulate. Kerf structures that were representative of the simulations were then 3D printed and mechanically tested. The mechanical testing results were then compared with the simulation results, and there was a clear correlation between the two sets of data. I presented the findings of my research at an undergraduate research symposium at the end of the program. -
Mechanical Engineering InternStars N' Stripes Ppe May 2021 - Aug 2021Katy, Texas, United StatesDuring the internship, I was responsible for researching and analyzing manufacturing techniques used to make nitrile gloves, designing, and developing a dip molding robotic machine, programming the machine to optimize production, fabricating the machine according to design specifications, and briefing the management team on project progression during weekly meetings. I also maintained accurate records and documentation of all project-related activities, continuously assessed, and improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the machine and troubleshot any technical issues that arose during production. -
