Managed Escrow Operations, managed profit & loss, managed expenses and all personnel, recruited, marketed, conducted closings, funding and was involved in all aspects of the Utah operations including annual reports. We built the company to number 13 out of 200 title companies in the State of Utah.

Managed all 10 personnel including pay scale, hiring, work flow, time off and staffing, held weekly staff meetings, conducted closings and funding, commission reports and generally over all aspects of office. Marketing and brand education with presentations, entertaining clients and active through social media, closing/signing real estate transactions. It took us only one year to turn this branch into one of the most profitable offices in the company.

I developed marketing materials, website and power point presentations. We were in the top 4 out of 32 title companies in Weber County, after only two years in business.
