The Water and Wastewater Equipment Manufacturers Association (WWEMA) is a non-profit organization that has safeguarded and promoted the interests of its members since 1908. Its mission is to inform, educate and provide leadership on issues which affect the worldwide water and wastewater equipment industry.WWEMA members supply the most sophisticated leading products and technology, offering solutions to every water-related environmental problem and need facing today's society.Headquarters in the nation's capital, WWEMA works closely with Congress and other regulatory agencies, monitoring legislative actions, testifying before congressional committees, and advocating for adequate funding to meet environmental goals. WWEMA provides a vital link between its members and governmental and private trade organizations, banking systems and utilities worldwide.
