Throughout my career, I've successfully led plant engineering, plant operations, health & safety, quality, and multi-site manufacturing operations. I have managed large budgets and built high-performing teams to optimize business performance. I specialize in driving continuous improvement initiatives, improving safety and efficiency, and navigating complex challenges. I'm passionate about fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and servant leadership to drive organizational success. I have a strong record of building trust in a unionized environment, at the plant and corporate level. I have been a member of the national labor contract negotiation team, spanning two organizations, over the last four negotiation cycles with the United Steelworkers-GMP union: 2013 (Saint-Gobain/Verallia), 2016, 2019, and 2022 cycles (O-I Glass).
