Oversaw production, safety, maintenance and customer service of facilities that produce cross laminated HDPE blown film, with 30MM lb. capacity, 6 blown film lines, 3 lamination lines, and 6 re-wind lines and a print line. Supervised 4 managers and 97 hourly employees.

Improved profitability by 18 percent of operation that produced PP strapping, with 30MM lb. capacity, 12 strand lines, and 2 sheet lines. Oversaw unit and had full P&L responsibility, managed all capital expenditures, 7 direct reports and all aspects of operations and customer service. Worked closely with sales for new product development.

Increased profits by 22 percent in one year by restructuring business line, as manager of two business units. Full P&L responsibility for operation with revenues of $82 million. Oversaw facilities that produced blown stretch film (36 million lb. capacity), and cast stretch film, (40 million lb. capacity). Supervised 8 managers, and 112 hourly employees, with 7 direct reports.
