• Worked 12 hour shifts full time during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown period as I wanted to not simply waste my time and gain further experience in working as part of an incredibly large organisation.• I worked at first, as a part of a large team of over 200 workers organised throughout all the roles, we were testing around 600 people a day. We all swapped roles throughout the day and weeks we were working, this lead to an improvement in my ability to understand and work multiple roles within the same job.• The latter half of my employment I worked in a team of 10 in which we were called out to smaller communities and had to completely set up a testing centre each day and get it operational before testing around 150 people and then completely disassembling the site.• This work aiding with developing good interpersonal skills whilst working in a stressful environment as I was constantly in contact with members of the general public, either through a phone or via hand signals.
