As a Management Associate at Nova Founders Capital my main focus is on our two real estate companies: - Herlufshave ApS- Boligselskabet Sommerhaven ApS My job was for a period of time to do whatever was needed (12 month internship) - over time, and a couple of title increases later, this has narrowed down to becoming Head of Marketing and Sales. By overseeing and doing all of our marketing to gain leads, managing leads in our self-built CRM, and doing all of our showings have provided me with great knowledge in direct consumer sales but also how a great media identity, strong branding, optimized sales funnels, and great web design all contribute to an overall better customer experience and, most importantly, longer-living costumers! Going hand in hand with the above, I’m also making sure our automatic workflows such as our e-mail flow, CRM system, & website etc. are running smoothly and keep being up to date. All three of the above, I have also built.
