Led redevelopment of the vision and direction for the department, coordinating all activities between New York State Department of Higher Education and Pratt Institute. Cultivating additional funding from the public and private sectors. Increasing the visibility of the department and Pratt through presentations and proposals to appropriate state and university agencies, legislative officials, board of trustees, and potential donors.Restructured the administrative model, implementing processes and procedures to involve all sectors of Pratt ensuring improved channels of communication within faculty and administrators as well as with community-based agencies. Elevating the morale of students, staff, and faculty through strengthening the administration’s commitment and involvement with the department.
