Continuing the development of the bank's EB5 & Foreign Direct Investment deposit platform.

Lead and develop relationships within the EB5 community, with a specific view to provide banking services for regional centres & investors alike.

Managing specialized EB5 escrow deposits & bridge financing.

My responsibility is to Manage, develop and expand a diverse portfolio of more than 500 high net worth clients utilizing a network of referral partners/centers of influence. To achieve this I apply financial acumen and economic knowledge to help clients reach short-term investment goals and long-term retirement objectives by evaluating financial data or investment objectives in order to recommend a strategy based on the client's risk profile and personal financial statements.In addition to this I collaborate and actively refer to strategic business partners throughout the organization including but not limited to; Business Banking, Middle Markets, Global Commercial Bank.

Achieve customer acquisition sales goals for small business customers by acquiring new business through development activities including but not limited to referrals from existing clients and outbound activities (e.g. out-of-branch business development, prospect calling); expanding existing relationships through needs-based selling; outreaching to centers of influence; meeting both small business and personal banking needs of business customers.

Actively acquire and manage a portfolio of new and existing affluent consumer clients with 250k to 5 mm in investable assets (or $10mm in net worth). I provide financial solutions to include deposit, loan, mortgage, small business, and investment services not to mention exceptional customer service in every customer interaction. I work to build a long-term advisory relationship with each client by profiling situations from the client's perspective and with the goal of achieving results that are in the best interest of the client and Wachovia. I proactively seek business through referrals from existing client relationships and external networking opportunities. I am responsible for ensuring that all the financial needs of the affluent consumer & commercial client are met. I have developed effective partnerships with internal lines of business such as our internal Financial Planning, and Trust Advisory teams which not only assures clients, but uncovers many more needs than profiling alone.
