CurrentFocusing primarily on cross-border commercial litigation, my cases often involve allegations of fraud and applications for urgent injunctive relief, including freezing orders. As a solicitor advocate, I have appeared in both the High Court and international arbitration proceedings, including acting as sole advocate. I also advise companies and individuals as to how to minimize and respond to litigation risks, especially in relation to insolvency and white collar crime issues such as bribery and serious fraud.
