· Lead a safe and secure store focused on incident and injury prevention; and incident response through team member training and best practice utilization. · Drive awareness and execution of the Alarm process and Keys process. · Develop partnerships with investigations and law enforcement to resolve theft and fraud issues. · Drive theft and fraud prevention through guest service and company-program execution; partner with leadership to influence and educate team members on their role in theft prevention. · Understand inventory results and assist in developing plans to address concerns in partnership with the executive team.
