Management of the Creation/Onboarding of new accounts and review/setup of new account agreements (IMA/LPA/PPA/CACA/DACA) across all lines of business, for accounts valued between 100MM to 2B.Setup, implementation, trade completion, and oversight of SMA, Fund of One, GP, LP, LLC, and Parallel accounts valued at $48.5B.System setup for trading of all asset types including Fixed income, equity, private equity, ABS, private and REITs, CLOs, Options, and derivatives with accordance to the account IMA/LPA/PPA/CACA/DACA/ or separate suitable agreement.SSI detail confirmation, formatting, and dissemination to facilitate trade allocation in the order management system (WSO).Completion and oversight of account setup in the below varying systems:WSO, IVP FM, ClearPar, SWIFT, Geneva, BETA, IHS Market, Hazeltree, Global Connect, Euroclear, SS&C, SEI, JPM Access, and SharePoint.Completion of administrative detail setup in custodian brokerage platforms, SharePoint, IVP data warehouse, Excel, and MS office products for firm wide utilization.Information accumulation, integration, creation & storage for account compliance, to ensure settlement of trades ahead of time.Assist with initial confirmation of funding for trading and trade settlement.Detail oriented creation for 4.5B in CLOs, from initial warehouse account creation to loan allocation and final CLO account creation pricing.
